What we do

Please note that parents and carers are responsible at all times for the safety of their children and are requested to remain at the hall for the duration of the group's activities.

The hall has a big garden with games for the children, inside we have a toy kitchen, toy cars and bikes to ride on for the youngest children.

There are no language lessons at the moment, but we are organising activities for pre-school children to foster the use of Spanish and develop their vocabulary.

We would welcome any suggestions to prepare activities for older children and we are hoping that we will be able to employ a teacher to offer activities with a focus on language for smaller children and language classes in the future.

Come along to meet us!

Apart from the weekly meetings, we also organise a meal out for the grown-ups every term, which is a great opportunity to keep in touch for those who do not have children or cannot make it to the weekly activities. Other nights out throughout the year may include going to the cinema, a concert or theatre according to what is available in Glasgow at the time and the proposals people make.

Other activities are: the yearly Christmas market (with home-made food, children's games, stalls selling books and crafts, a show and a fantastic raffle) and a Summer Barbecue for those who stay in Glasgow during the school holidays.
